I believe that Hypnosis can greatly improve one psychokinetic abilities. Simply put yourself in trance like state and tell yourself "You are a powerful Pyro kinetic and you get more powerful at it everyday". I'm not saying you'll instantly become a powerful pyrokinetic, But if you have have any pyrokinetic abilities at the moment you should notice them becoming a lot easier to handle. Do this for about 10 minutes a day.

But, Over a period of time you should start to notice your powers becoming stronger and more powerful.

Ok first of all this isn't hypnosis this is just mind over matter and secondly this doesn't belong here if it isn't dealing with hypnosis.

No this isn't mind over matter because the only thing (suggesting that they don't have a mental or emotional block) stopping the person from doing pk is their mind. There is no matter in the instance because it is only a matter of convincing the mind through a hypnotic suggestion.
